Homeless Issues
Ann is lead counsel in a class action lawsuit challenging the criminalization and ticketing of people who shelter in their RVs, campers, or regular-sized vehicles. As one of the leaders of the San Diego Housing Emergency Alliance, she is continuing to fight for the rights of her unhoused clients both in the courts and in the streets.
